Terms of Service

  • Payments are made upfront through Paypal invoice. Payment plans are available on commissions €150+

  • Commissions are for personal non-commercial use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Use in or for NFT or any similar type of use is also prohibited.

  • You will have 2 opportunities to ask for major adjustments, in the sketch stage and once the lineart and base colors have been added. Please note that drastic changes to posing should be done in the sketch stage. After that, adjustments to posing should be considered tweaking (for example hand position changed, adjustment to proportions, etc.). Minor adjustments can be discussed during any point of the commission process until the final check-up.

  • Before completing the commission, I will do a final check-up before cleaning up. During this stage, any last minor adjustments can be made if necessary and won't be done after unless there is a clear mistake made on my part (for example, character detail missing, wrong colors etc.).

  • Waiting time can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 months depending on the size of the commission and what my schedule is like. Please take into consideration that my progress might be slow because I am a student.

  • You are welcome to ask for updates at any time, and I will provide an update if there has been a significant amount of time since the last update (~1 month).

  • Refunds are not possible on sketch commissions. Refunds on illustration commissions are not possible after the sketch stage has been completed.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request and cancel a commission at any point. Cancelled commissions on my part will be refunded in full.

  • Any editing outside of cropping for icons, banners and close-ups to your commission is prohibited.

  • My signature will be present on the artwork so I can be identified as the creator of the piece.

  • If the commission is posted online, it should be credited accordingly by referring to any of my social medias (link or handle username).
